Wedding Floral Design

Suburban wedding floral minimum $6,500; Chicago $15,000 (minimums apply May–December).

Founded in 2009 by owner and principal designer Jenna Sprengel, Avant Gardenia grew out of a lifelong love of design. Jenna learned the craft from the best — her grandparents, whose family-owned suburban flower shop she designed at for nearly a decade through high school and college. The name is a play on words: 'avant garde' means original, innovative, inventive; 'gardenia' was her grandmother's favorite flower. So 'Avant Gardenia' bridges past and present — who she learned from and what the company strives for. As a suburban-based wedding florist serving all of Chicagoland, our devoted team is consumed with unleashing the pretty and leaving an unforgettable impact.
